In this page you will get an overview of the operations that can be accomplished on the “PIAAA website”, in particular how to activate licenses, receive support and/or request information about orders.
1. Introduction
On the website you can find information and support about PIAAA software. It is organized in the following subsections:
- Home (default): it shows a brief description of the software and the most recent news regarding the product.
- News: it is a comprehensive list of all the site news.
- Features: this subsection presents a described overview of the software.
- Demo version: a demo version of PIAAA can be downloaded. Also several screenshots of the software are shown.
- How to order: in this subsection you can find the price list of the software and the basic ordering instructions.
- Reserved area: the access to this area requires a registration. In this area you can make orders, receive information and support and get in contact with Cyberqual. It will be described in detail in the following section.
2. Reserved Area operations.
In the reserved area you can:
- Register to the site and edit your user profile.
- Download the most recent version of the software.
- Contact support for help.
- Put an order for the software.
- Manage and activate your software licenses.
3. Step by step operations
OP 1 – Register to the site
- Click on “Reserved area” link.
- Click on “Register” link.
- Fill the form with your information. The following rules apply:
- All fields must be filled except “Fax number” and “E-mail 2”.
- Username and Password must be more or equal than 8 characters long.
- Registration name must be filled with an adequate description of yourself and/or the company you work in; for example: John Doe ACME or ACME Radiological Center NY.
- Click on “Save” button.
OP 2 – Login to the site
- Click on “Reserved area” link.
- If you aren’t registered to the site yet, do “Register to the site” operation (OP 1).
- Insert username and password.
- Click on “Login” button.
- Now the main menu of the “Reserved area” subsection is shown.
OP 3 – Logout from the site
- From the main menu of the “Reserved area” subsection.
- Click on “Logout” link.
OP 4 – Update/check profile
- From the main menu of the “Reserved area” subsection.
- Click on “Profile” link.
- Update the form data with correct information; the rules listed in OP 1 – c apply.
- If you updated the data, click on “Save” button. Now you can click on “Menu” link to return to the main menu of the “Reserved area” subsection or on “Back” link to return to profile form (OP 4 – c).
- If you only checked your profile data without modifying them, you can click on “Back” button and return to the main menu of the “Reserved area” subsection.
OP 5 – Activate license
A “license” is the right to run the software on a particular PC. To gain the right, you must obtain a code with the following procedure.
- From the main menu of the “Reserved area” subsection.
- Click on “Licenses management” link.
- Click on “Manage licenses” link.
- Navigate through the “Orders list” and click on the appropriate “Licenses” icon (
). - Click on the “Add…” icon (
). - Insert the “Site Code” and the “Machine Id”. You can obtain them by running PIAAA on your PC: they are shown in the first modal dialog window.
- Click on “Activate” button.
- Now you can paste the resulting code on the PIAAA window and your license is activated.
OP 6 – Request info for order
You cannot order and pay directly the PIAAA software from the website, but you can get in contact with our sales responsible.
- From the main menu of the “Reserved area” subsection.
- Click on “Licenses management” link.
- Click on “Request info for order” link.
- Fill the form with your requests or questions.
- Click on “Submit” button. You will be contacted soon by email (please check that the email on your profile is correct).
OP 7 – Contact support
You can use this function to contact us if you encounter any problems with our software.
- From the main menu of the “Reserved area” subsection.
- Click on “Contact support” link.
- Fill the form with your question(s). You can also include a file to upload if it is significant with your request (for example, an image file that the software cannot recognize / analyze properly). If you want to send us a file, please compress it first with Winzip or any other similar tool.
- Click on “Submit” button. You will be contacted by email soon (please check that the email on your profile is correct).
OP 8 – Download installer
You can download the most recent version of the software with the following procedure.
Now you can save it on your hard-disk and start the executable. Take note that is not necessary to renew the software license: you can use the improved software straight away.
